As the central nervous system of the service department, you will:
Efficiently allocate technicians across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
Expertly juggle essential planned maintenance with urgent, high-priority emergency breakdowns.
Act as the confident, calm point of contact for clients, contractors, and field technicians.
Use simPRO to keep jobs tracked, structured, and transparent.
Spot potential logistical bottlenecks before they impact the client.

2–3+ years in Service Coordination, Scheduling, or Maintenance Planning.
